This Chardonnay cuvée was produced from 3 different vine clones: French Dijon 96, California Robert Young, and the Alsatian Colmar. These clones when blended for balance offer a complexity like no other.
The wine was 100% fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the aromas and bouquet of the grape. No Malo-Lactic fermentation induced to preserve the acidity balance.
